When should I place my cake order?
Suggest booking 30 days in advance. Cake orders should be made as soon as possible. We highly suggest booking 30 days with a minimum of 14 days in advance. Wedding clients are recommended to book at minimum 6 months in advance. We do not guarantee availability without a retainer.
Can we accommodate an emergency/last minute order?
Most often we are booked full weekly and monthly. From time to time, we can accommodate a “rush” order. A rush order is any order placed with less than 14-day notice. Rush orders may be subject to an additional surcharge of 35%, not to exceed 50% of the cake total. IPcakes reserves the right to initiate this surcharge at their discretion.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, customers are required to fill out an order/interest form CLICK HERE. On this form you must indicate as many details as possible to receive a customized cake/treat quote. Once you acknowledge/accept the quote via email or text. The billing invoice will be sent to your email of choice or the email on your order form, to pay your retainer. Retainer payments are due immediately, not to exceed 24 hours to confirm and hold your calendar date. We do not guarantee dates without a retainer. Only PAID invoices will hold a date. After 24 hours, unpaid invoices are canceled. In some circumstances, retainer invoices are due by the end of business day. IPcakes staff may give prospective clients a courtesy reminder call prior to cancellation of their invoice. IPcakes reserves the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
All canceled invoices may be subject to a re-issuance fee of 10%. After the second invoice, customers will not be allowed to place an order for the current event.

Do you only offer cakes?
Indulging Pleasures is primarily a wedding and custom celebration cake company, however, we do offer a selected number of additional treat options. (To view our total treat list click here)
Do you offer cake classes and tutorials?
Yes, our owner Michelle Parrish-Tyler offers private and digital training options. Please view our course catalog or email cakesbyip@gmail.com for further information.
How do I determine what cake size to order?
Cake servings are based upon your specific needs. Customers should consider how many guests they would like to feed with their custom cake and how much they would like to have left over. Please view the cake serving chart here
Do you ship cakes?
Cake is an investment that we do not take lightly. Currently, we do not offer a safe method to accommodate shipping a custom buttercream cake through any shipping method.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do offer local and long distance delivery and set up services for a fee. Delivery amounts are based on distance from our location in Hampton, Ga. Delivery cost starts at $50 and up.
Can I utilize a courier service or ride share service (Uber or Lyft) to pick up my cake?
Customers who choose pickup can utilize whatever transportation mode they see fit to transport their cake investment. Indulging Pleasures does not recommend ride share services due to the fact that your cake is out of your possession and in the hands of someone unaware of the challenges involving cake transport.
Indulging Pleasures is not liable for any cake or treats once it leaves our designated pickup location.
How much are your cakes?
Our custom cake minimum is $175.00. Cake pricing starts with our per serving amount of $9.00 plus design and customization cost. Customers should fill out the cake order/interest form to gain a customize quote CLICK HERE.

Where is the pickup location?
Currently, we offer pickup at the Lovejoy Walmart in Hampton, Ga. Detailed pickup location and times will be provided at order placement.
