Policies and Procedures Refunds and Exchanges:
Indulging Pleasures LLC is a wedding and custom celebration cake company. We specialize in individually designed confection tailored to the specific clients’ needs and desires. No cake is alike and we typically don’t repeat cake designs exact. We strive to provide every client with a unique, well prepared, custom experience. We value your investment, therefore once an order is placed, we immediately take steps to prepare and order custom supplies for you in a timely manner.
When placing your custom cake order please understand we offer NO REFUNDS only shop credit. Shop credit is only provided on orders that are canceled and rescheduled 3 weeks in advance. Keep in, rescheduled orders are allowed to rebook only once upon availability and will be subject to a convenience fee of $50 or 25% whichever is greater. Orders canceled and rescheduled with less than 3 weeks are completely non refundable or transferable.
Indulging Pleasures can not offer refunds for any of the following circumstances: *Incorrect delivery address or delivery complications beyond our control
*Vehicles not suitable or non accommodating for transport of the cake size purchased. (i.e arriving in a vehicle too small for the cake size, placing a cake in the trunk, vehicles with no A/C, clients arriving for pickup without adequate space to accommodate the cake, cake(s) not being able to sit flat in the vehicle as recommended by Indulging Pleasures.)
*Weather related delivery or pickup issues
*Cakes that have become unstable due to a recipients’ failure to follow instructions provided with the cake order.
Abandoned Orders:
All orders booked for pickup must be picked up on time, as scheduled. Indulging Pleasures offers a 30- minute grace period to arrive to the designated pickup location. If an order is not picked up within that grace period, an automatic late charge of $25 per half hour will be assessed. All late charges must be paid immediately via our chosen method of payment before your order is released. Indulging Pleasures will return upon our availability to re-deliver. Re-delivery at any set time is not guaranteed. Orders left/abandoned will be subject to a storage fee of $50 per day up to 3 business days. After 3 business days, your order will be disposed of at our discretion. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. No exceptions.
Invoice payments and balances:
A non refundable 50% retainer is required to book and save the date for all orders placed. Full balance is due 10 days from the original due date. If the final balance isn’t paid without prior approval, your order will be placed on a “hold status”. If your order is placed on hod, we cannot guarantee timely production of your order.
